About Neha
I left corporate job 2 years back and I headed to India to explore my passion for yoga and also to explore myself. I did 300hrs Teacher training in Sivananda Ashram in Kerala and also in renowned Bihar School of Yoga(Satyananda Yoga)

I teach Hatha Yoga which based in Satyanand style. This yoga style is a mixture of Chanting, Asanas, Pranayam(Yogic Breathing) Relaxation(Yoga Nidra) and Meditation. I believe that yoga is as much for the mind as for the body. A strong mind inhabits a strong body.
