About Regine
Hello! I'm Regine, a professional freelance dancer. I've been dancing since the age of 5 and have a background in ballet, contemporary and jazz funk. I am also currently a certified Level 3 mat Pilates instructor. I am passionate about movement especially in today's lifestyle.
I have experience teaching from babies (ballet) to adults, and my classes here are aimed to be tailored to you as an individual. I hope you'll be brave and take the first step in taking care of your body by moving!

Mandarin
Beginning with some basic movement exercises, each lesson focuses on moving with awareness rather than force. You will be guided through controlled sequences that explore how the body negotiates gravity, helping you understand weight shift, alignment, and efficient movement patterns.
Through clear cueing and imagery, you’ll develop a deeper connection to your body, improve spatial awareness, and build strength from the inside out. Sessions are designed to feel supportive yet challenging, encouraging precision, control, and confidence in your movement.
As we move on further into each lesson, you will get to learn a dance sequence with the techniques taught, typically after 4 sessions.

I don’t currently have my own studio space, so lessons can take place either at your home (if there is suitable space) or at a studio that you would be happy to arrange and cover the hire cost for.
