Hi, I’m Femi Gabriel - a visual storyteller (photography and filmmaking) dedicated to harnessing the transformative power of film, photography, and narrative to illuminate social issues, celebrate diversity, and inspire meaningful dialogue. About the lesson

This course is aimed to help you create a solid foundation in photography and filmmaking, based on my knowledge in video production and photography, as well as my years of experience working with international organisations and community-driven initiatives through Femi Gabriel Pictures. You'll learn how to use your camera with confidence, comprehend essential visual methods, and create compelling stories for personal expression, societal change, or professional application. Each class mixes theory and hands-on practice, ensuring that you learn real world skills that go beyond the basics. These tutorials cover everything from exposure and composition to editing and storytelling, and are designed for beginners and aspiring creatives who want to bring their ideas to life. Lessons are 90 - 120 minutes, blending theory, practice, and personal growth.
