About Samantha
I am a yoga and aerial teacher from London, I’ve been practicing yoga for almost a decade and teaching for 4 years, I have a background in circus aerial performance so I love to get bendy in my classes but I always work to the level of my students and love anyone from a complete newbie to an old pro.

I listen to my students, I want them to have the best experience, I am lighthearted and try and keep classes fun and non intimidating. I try to keep the fundamentals of each class the same to allow my students to see how much they are learning and progressing, I find it helps people to know the flow after a few classes they seem more confident!
