About Sapphire
Sapphire has been teaching and performing since 2009. She is the director of the Sahara Divas belly dance troupe. Sapphire belly dance education began with classical Egyptian style. She has since expanded her dance styles to include Turkish, Saidi. Moroccan Shaabi, Belly samba and Modern/Contemporary as well. She has performed in countless venues. She performs with props Isis wings, canes, swords, fans, finger cymbals and veils

This class is a low-impact workout set to mix different styles, Arabic pop, Middle Eastern dance remixes and modern pop Arabic hits. You will engage your core muscles, exercise your legs, arms, hips, to dance combinations and beautiful dance routines. Practicing belly dancing for 30 minutes every day can help you burn 300 calories. Everyone is welcome.
