I am a visionary, who is passionate about early music education and building artistic confidence. I have a wealth of experience performing and teaching and this has been strengthened by my time at Berklee College of Music. My approach is inclusive of modern styles and techniques to ensure optimum productivity.

My teaching approach is rooted in clarity, adaptability, and guided discovery. I start by identifying the student’s current understanding and goals, then tailor my explanations using analogies, visuals, and real-world applications. I prioritize active engagement, where students are encouraged to ask questions, explain concepts back to me, and solve problems collaboratively. I also use scaffolding—breaking down complex concepts into manageable parts—before gradually removing support as the student gains confidence. I incorporate different learning styles (auditory, visual, kinesthetic) to ensure the material resonates, and I frequently check for understanding with low-stakes assessments and open-ended discussion.
