I want my classes to be a feel-good workout accessible to everyone. I like to know a bit about the background of my students so I can offer them a bespoke experience. In private classes, I've already been working on various specific needs such as core-muscle toning, pelvic floor post-natal training, back pain, insomnia, help with injuries.
I can offer classes at your place or at your office at your best convenience and also if you wish, compose a routine for you to follow at your own pace or for after you stop seeing me (something you can take with you and keep for life!). I would let you take notes and even take videos of me if that's something that works for you.
Yoga has countless benefits: general relaxation and stress relief, better sleep, help with back pain, knees or shoulders injuries, mobilisation of tight muscles, boost in energy and confidence to name a few... and more generally a happy healthy body!
I have some basic knowledge of Thai massage, which I sometimes use in my classes to relieve physical tensions or aches and pains too.

I’m deeply passionate about yoga and I’ve been studying different styles. My main training is from the highly reputed Yoga London School. I can teach Hatha, Ashtanga flow and Vinyasa flow and I'm presently studying the Bikram method. I also have a certification in post-natal yoga/yoga for pelvic health and in Yoga Nidra (Yogic Sleep). I'm fully insured and currently teaching private and studio classes across South London.
