About Raj
I'm Raj, a chartered accountant and former Big 4 Consulting professional, now working in Transformation across finance, specialty insurance and business transformation.
My career has followed the path many of my students are pursuing: from accounting, into Big 4 Consulting, and now in Transformation within industry. That gives me a perspective spanning both technical finance and the change and transformation space, a combination few coaches can offer.
Much of what drives career progression is rarely written down. I bring first-hand insight, but not limited to:
• How assessment centres are evaluated
• What distinguishes a strong Big 4 application
• How to reposition an accounting background for BA or transformation roles
• How to articulate your experience with impact
Whether you’re preparing for interviews, assessment centres or internship applications, refining your CV or LinkedIn profile, breaking into Consulting, Finance, Business Analysis or Transformation, or looking to accelerate your career, I provide practical, candid and tailored guidance based on real-world experience.
