About Rebecca
At a stage in my life I can say that my lifestyle was truly bad. I was unhealthy, skinny to the point that all my bones stuck out, I drank alot and parried alot.
After realizing that my life needed to change I took the time, found the discipline and worked hard to achieve my body goals. I wanted to feel comfortable with who I was and what I looked like. Now I do.
No.. Being muscular does not make you look manly girls. It brings out curves you never knew that you had.
Aside from being qualified to help you, I'm also experienced in a way that will help you. I also want ro help you, so that you can feel the way I do.

I like to be available all the time to my monthly paying clients, able to ask questions about fitness, training or nutrition, maybe even about life.
Offering monthly diet plans and training plans isn't the end of it, it's all about that constant communication about life and lifestyle. Altering diets and training schedules when we start noticing certain things or feeling certain things.
My coaching method is support. Not once off but as a constant.
