I am a bilingual (Engl/Span) Neuroscientist with published research in learning and memory and a background in medical research and elementary science education with experience teaching classes of 50+ students as well as 1:1 individual tutoring. My favourite teaching style is the short essay about a topic that is familiar and exciting for my students. I first started teaching English to my father as an elementary student and then later to my wife after college, both native Spanish speakers.
