About Jaslyn
I am a biomedical graduate who loves cafe hopping,travelling, Kpop and Netflix!
I grew up as quite a studious pupil and committed to many tuitions up till secondary school. I performed well in sciences and therefore continued to AUSMAT and subsequently persued Biomedical Science. I also participated in an outbound exchange programme to Australia and it was life-changing!
I am a big believer of mentorship - and how words can build or break a person equally. I hope to leverage my background to mentor students who are struggling in their studies.
Science is tough, but it can be amusing and interesting once you relate it to our daily lives. For example, why is Keto diet so famous? Why do we look pale when it is chilly?
Situations like these are important drives of my interest in Science,Biology and Chemistry. And of course, I also had my fair share of tuitions for Maths, Addmaths, English and Chinese.

I am familiar with the local syllabus from maths, sciences like Bio and Chem.. to languages like English and Chinese.
I am a visual learner and can empathize if a student has poor memory. I am willing to adjust the courses and methods based one each student's needs.
I also believe that learning is most effective if it is more engaging. In fact, Disney, Nickolodeon and Cartoon Network built the foundation of my English!
Hence I hope to incorporate photos/videos/tutorials in the classes so you can visualize / relate to the information.
