About Filipa
I had my middle school and high school education in International and American schools, taking part in activities held outside of Portugal (ex: international conferences, basketball tournaments, etc.).
Hence my bilingual knowledge of English in various subjects (eg: biology, business management, economics, mathematics, visual arts).
Currently I am in the 2nd year of my Bachelor's Degree in Economics, where some subjects are taught in English.

First and foremost, I consider it very important to evaluate the level, needs and goals of my students so that I to customise the lessons in such a way that will benefit them the most.
After this evaluation, I will create lesson plans that combine both hard work and fun, exploring all areas: writing, listening, speaking and reading and comprehension.
In class, I will cover a range of different topics, do various types of exercises that will help students develop and improve their weak areas. I will also focus on orality and conversation during class, to improve pronunciation and understanding.
I'm also available to help with the completion of homework and, if necessary, with preparation for any English exam.
I give individual lessons or in groups (different prices).

Muito conhecimento na Língua Inglesa!! Além de responsável e dedicada, explica muito bem os conteúdos mais simples e mais complexos, sempre com paciência a repetir.
