My teaching would involve one to one help for pupils from primary school level up to AS Levels. I am currently studying at Leeds University and have completed my A Levels in maths, biology, and German. I am patient and good at identifying the needs of a student, and adapting my teaching methods to suit the student, and providing them with clear and simple explanations for the subject material.
I have previously volunteered and interned at two separate primary schools, both in year 6. The internship was at the Quentin Blake Europe School in Berlin, Germany, where I gave lessons in science to an entire classroom of 24 students. I volunteered at the Mount Pleasant C of E Junior School in Market Weighton in East Yorkshire. There, I gave one on one tuition in maths. I have also provided help in Germany to students preparing for the MSA in English, the equivalent of the GCSE here.
The scaled rates stated are without travel fees.
Anais is a good teacher for a number of reasons, she's a very knowledgeable person who excels at giving clear and concise explanations. She encourages independent thinking while simultaneously providing consistent aid. I thoroughly enjoy my time with her, and I enjoy her capacity to hold nonaggressive, intellectual debates that are fact oriented, rather than opinionated.
