About Jake
I want to teach because I believe the world should be a musical place and preferably everybody should play at least a little music. It's not so hard once you get past your biggest critic, yourself.
I'm here to help to break the harsh competitive belief systems around music that exclude so many people and stop others from ever starting.

I see music as a hereditary skill for humans that is difficult to access for people who haven't identified as a musician. My aim is to give permission to all who come to learn and to empower my students to become their own master and guide on their lifelong musical journey.
