About Kimberly
I have recently been tutoring with a scheme known as Success4All where I have assisted young people with their homework and topics of their choice. I attended a training course with Success4All that was tailored toward helpful tutoring techniques. I have already started putting these into practice.
At University, I was a Student Ambassador and a Student Mentor which has given me experience working with young people.
During sixth form, I was a mentor for younger pupils, who I assisted in Science and Maths subjects.

I have a First Class Honours degree in Biology and I have recently completed an Industrial and Commercial Biotechnology MSc at Newcastle University.
My tutoring method would be to follow the subject syllabus using a textbook and creating structured notes that the tutee could keep for further learning. Past questions and exam papers are also a useful way to learn and I would go through these with the tutee.
