About Jessica
I first started tutoring as a sixth form student when I mentored GCSE students in Biology and Mathematics. We met at lunchtime once a week to go over homework. I encouraged my students to work hard to find the answers themselves, and this helped them to build their confidence. Both of my tutees attained an A in Maths and Biology GCSE, which allowed them to continue with further study at AS level.
I have also tutored intermittently during my three years at University. I tutor Biology and Maths to secondary school students during one on one sessions and during group academic sessions.

I am a Biomedical Science graduate from Imperial College London. I tutor primary school children in science and maths, as well as secondary school pupils in Biology and Mathematics up to A level.
The content of my sessions will differ depending on my tutee. I provide extra tuition and support on topics that you may be struggling with in class or want to cover in more detail. We will start each session by establishing which topics require our attention. At the end of each session, we will recap what we have covered and perhaps discuss related topics to expand our learning.
I want my tutees to build confidence in themselves so that they can achieve the grades they deserve.
