About Kaya
I was able to bring my first year 12 mock chemistry grade up from a C to an A in 3 months, grading A in A-level Chemistry, by learning to focus on the small details that make the difference between an A and a B. I got above a 7 in all 3 sciences at GCSE, and A's at A-level, as well as being a personal tutor for younger students at my school, as well as both a Biology and Chemistry prefect. I now study Biotechnology, with electives in nanotechnology and Biochemistry at University, going into my second year. I also elected to do an EPQ on the biochemical cognition of humans and close evolutionary species, with essay skills aided by my A-level history course.

Chemistry is not a content-heavy subject rather a focus on small intricate details, which makes it hard to score high using regular revision methods and techniques. Focusing on staggered repetition for optimal memory gain, as well as a focus on consistent past paper questions, and learning the important details will help gain high marks in paragraph-based, diagram-based or calculative 6 mark questions. Lessons are a typical hour, as matched by school lesson timings. Suitable for A-level and GCSE chemistry students.
