About Rasalila
I am Rasalila, a BMUS graduate in Hindustani Classical Singing, raised singing Kirtan and Bhajans in Sanskrit, Bengali, and Hindi. I have also trained in Carnatic singing in India. Music has always been a path of expression, joy and inner connection. I love guiding students to discover their natural voice, sing with confidence and explore the emotional and spiritual depth of music.
My lessons are personalised, supportive and inspiring, combining vocal technique, Raga practice, Kirtan and improvisation. I work with beginners and intermediate students, children and adults, helping each student find their own voice, safely express their emotions and experience the joy and healing power of singing.

• Techniques and teaching methodology
I teach singing as both an Art form and as a path to self-expression, emotional release and spiritual connection. Lessons are fully personalised to your voice and goals. I use gentle vocal warm-ups, Raga and melody practice, call-and-response kirtan, helping you develop technique while safely expressing emotions, including painful memories, and connecting with your inner self.

Bachelor of Music (BMUS) in Hindustani Classical Singing
Trained in kirtan (Sanskrit, Bengali, Hindi)
Studied elements of Carnatic singing in India
