About Ericka
As a nurse I presented new RNs. As an NP I have presented student NPs. I understand the stress students are under and realize a lot of teachers make assumptions on a students ability. This can greatly affect the time and resource teachers give to you. I am there to fill the gap in a calm way without making you feel wrong for not knowing something.
