About Denise
My name is Denise. I am passionate about teaching strength training because I believe this form of exercise is beneficial for all ages. It not only maintains muscle mass but keeps your bones strong especially as you age. I believe this is the ultimate in keeping your body strong. Age is not a barrier when it comes to strength training.

My personal approach is simple. Sticking to the basics. This involves teaching proper technique to avoid injury, ensuring your diet has the right balance of protein versus carbohydrates. Sessions are an hour long. The training is ideally suited for the ages of 15 years and above. From beginners to the elderly. I have 25 years of experience in strength training.
