About Matteo
My name is Matteo Magnaterra and i've been playing Bass for 10 years. I attended Siena Jazz University and i'm currently getting my master at Bologna's Conservatoire. I'played hundreds of live gigs, had several experiences recording both in home studios and in professional studios, and i've been teaching several years both privately and in music schools

My method is based around balancing repertoire, music theory and instrumental tecnique, paying close attention to how these three branches are interconnected and costantly interacting. I like to teach my students to be flexible musicians, proficient in different styles and able to adapt to a broad variety of musical contexts, but i can vastly adapt to the student's tastes, interests and level
