About Andrea
I am a native English speaker and I live in a beautiful country called South Africa. I am an eager and enthusiastic person with a passion for teaching. I receive a great sense of fulfillment when working and connecting with people from all walks of life. It is important for me to create an exciting and safe learning environment for my students; this allows me to understand their needs and how I, as a tutor, can achieve their goals effectively. My role and aim as a tutor is to create a healthy and safe environment for my students where they can be able to express themselves and positively participate within the classroom.

I have a bachelor's degree in education and hold a 150-hour advanced TEFL certificate. I have gained experience working with various age groups during my years of teaching in a classroom. My teaching methods include fun and creative examples, TPR, and conversation, which help improve grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation. Helping each of my students develop and grow gives me a great sense of achievement. I know learning a new language can be challenging however, as your tutor we can face this challenge together as a team. As a tutor, I am here to provide support, patience, and a healthy learning environment. My teaching lessons are aimed at a language level from beginner - to upper intermediate (A1-C1)
