About Jessica
Hello,
I am a tutor with years of school based and private tutoring experience. I have a degree in Early Childhood Studies with SEN specialism. With my degree and work experience, I have an in-depth understanding of varying needs, and the ability to adapt and tailor my lessons and teaching styles to each child.
I like to make my lessons fun and engaging, whilst maintaining steady learning progress.

My lessons are tailored to the individual need of each child, creating a supportive and engaging environment where they can build confidence and progress. I identify learning gaps, then use structured teaching methods to ensure children develop secure foundations before adding more blocks to their learning tower.
Each lesson is unique to the needs and goals of the child, my lessons range from 60-90 minutes. For children taking the 11+ with little prep time, the lessons may be longer.
I have tutored for over 10 years, from early years to GCSE. I now focus on reading and spelling strength in KS1 and 11+ prep.
