About Lavinia
I am a scholar in Buddhist Studies studying at SOAS. Have a degree in asian studies. No degree in cooking but lots of love and hunger. Worked for some months in the kitchen as KP and assistant to food preparation. Cook every day for family and friends.

My teaching method is to make the client understand first of all the food we are going to cook, as a raw material. I am fond of the italian tradition and the variety od recipies, which I will explain to the student.
The lesson is followed by a dinner or lunch. Costs comprehend groceries as well.
