About Natalie
I am a recent graduate from Boston Conservatory's MFA program with a concentration in Musical Theater Vocal Pedagogy. I have taught voice lessons and voice for non-majors classes at the conservatory to undergraduate students.
I have also been a Teaching Fellow with Boston City Singers where I worked privately with students Grades 6-12 and was an Assistant Choir Director for two choirs Grades 3-5 and Grades 6-8.
My expertise is in Musical Theater voice, but the MT genre features a variety of vocal styles. So, I have significant experience working on range of styles from classical to pop-rock.

My ultimate goal in the voice studio is to create a safe space for singers to make noises, cultivate skills, and ultimately, fall in love with their voices. I do this by meeting each individual student where they are in their voice journey and help them grow according to their goals and ambitions. At the core of my work, I aim to build a relationship with my students based on trust and respect. With this relationship, I can better serve them, and we can make some beautiful music together.
I love working with young and developing voices (ages 7-17) on building the foundation of their vocal technique. However, I also am passionate about working with singers of all ages and levels, both professional and just for fun!
I have a strong interest in exploring multiple styles of singing in the voice studio. While my expertise is in musical theater, I think it is important to cross-train singers: this goes for classical singers exploring musical theater repertoire, musical theater singers singing classical repertoire, and exploring CCM such as pop, rock, country, jazz, and many others. I believe that all different types of music styles can aid each other in developing a solid foundation for technique.
As a voice teacher, I understand that my role is to be a guide for my students as they climb up the metaphorical mountain of singing. Therefore, it is always my goal to provide my students with the tools and support they need on their personal journey of singing.
