About Alex
I have 10 years of boxing experience, I started young so it's very ingrained in my mind. Have competed under England Boxing as a junior boxer and plan to continue competing as a senior. I've been helping out with coaching the group sessions at my boxing club since 16 before moving on to a more official role 2 years ago and getting my official coaching licence at the start of this year. I still actively coach at my club, both junior and senior sessions.

Suitable for beginners and advanced boxers Can work with you to improve Skill, Technique and Fitness In the session you'll have access to bags, pad work, some weights and kettlebells Bring your own gloves A 30 min session would consist of only pad work 1 hour session would include 45 min pad work and 15 min conditioning, this can be changed to suit needs (for example adding a few rounds of shadow boxing at the start to work on your technique if desired) We are also wheelchair accessible
