About Julian
I have nine years of boxing experience.
Including Combat boxing fights
Coaching in both Gyms and as a freelancer to all ages and those with additional needs, All abilities are welcome to train with me. I also Teach sports psychology.

About the lesson

Using boxing as an example, a class with me would unfold as follows:
- We begin the class with lubricating the joints, stretching, and warm-up.
- We do rope work focused on footwork in boxing.
- We do a few minutes of shadowboxing to identify areas for improvement.
- Next, we work on technique, focusing on punches, combinations, and movement in combat.
- We finish with sparring at 40% intensity, what we would call a technical sparring session.
- Stretching.
I teach through English and Spanish. Please note my Spanish is fluent my English is intermediate.
