Weekly boxing classes run at St Botolph's Church, Worthing. Boxing is about more than the fights you see in the ring. My boxing fitness classes teach you all about the fundamentals of boxing - from simple fitness circuits to using the gloves and pads to move through various combinations. What do you get?
