About Enzo
I bring 14 years of ESL teaching experience, helping high school and college students achieve language proficiency, academic success, and confidence in English. My teaching approach is centred on personalisation, adapting lessons to meet each student’s learning style, goals, and pace.
I integrate grammar, vocabulary, reading, writing, and speaking practice into interactive lessons, enhanced with real-life scenarios to make learning practical and relevant. I focus not only on skill development but also on building confidence, encouraging students to participate actively, take risks, and express themselves freely.
Throughout my career, I have successfully supported students in achieving improved fluency, better grades, and strong communication skills for both academic and professional contexts.

I adopt a C³P framework—Creativity, Communication, Compassion, Problem-solving—for ESL teaching. Creativity is nurtured through storytelling, role-playing, and project-based exercises that inspire students to think independently and express themselves confidently in English.
Communication is emphasised through discussions, debates, and collaborative exercises that build fluency, listening skills, and comprehension. Compassion ensures lessons are personalised to meet each student’s needs, with encouragement, guidance, and feedback provided to foster confidence and motivation.
Problem-solving is embedded through scenario-based tasks, real-life exercises, and analytical challenges that allow learners to apply English practically while developing critical thinking. I also include related subjects such as reading comprehension, writing, and vocabulary enrichment to ensure holistic learning.
