About Yoko
I am a grade 12 student at Brescia House School with musical talent. I am classically trained at the guitar and cello and I am a pianist, vocalist and violinist self-taught. I thoroughly enjoy playing music, learning all genres of music history, and helping others continue developing their craft. My other strengths lie in academic and public speaking skills.

I would like to teach in a way that uplifts the students, and this requires my patience and passion for music in order to make an impact in a student’s life. I believe that once they believe in themselves, nothing will stop them. It is about creating a foundation of inner confidence in order to master the art of music. One could be completely tone deaf, but if there is confidence established, miracles can start to happen.

Yoko is one of the most incredible guitar players. She is such a kind hearted and helpful girl and will do anything to help people. She is passionate about guitars and beyond that she is more than capable of being a fantastic tutor.
