About Leah
I’ve been teaching singing for over 6 years and hold a Licentiate of Music in Voice. I love helping adult beginners, hobbyists, and those returning after a break. My lessons are encouraging, patient, and fun. I emphasise breathwork, vocal relaxation, posture, mindfulness, and tone to build a strong foundation. Students explore genres like Jazz, Folk, Blues, and Contemporary Adult music. Singing is more than technique—it’s a path to creativity, self-care, and confidence. Lessons are personalised to each student’s goals and comfort level. I focus on creating expressive, confident voices. Each session combines skill-building with enjoyment and exploration. Whether you’re new or returning, your journey is supported and inspiring. I guide students to discover their unique sound. Singing becomes joyful, fulfilling, and stress-free. Everyone is welcome, at any stage of life.

Soloists in Training practise vocal precision, tone control, and emotional delivery. They work on phrasing and dynamics through diverse styles. Recording apps help identify weaknesses and track improvement. Ear training develops musical sensitivity. Adult Beginners focus on confidence and foundational skills. Simple songs introduce pitch accuracy and vocal comfort. Encouraging expression fosters connection with music. Tech tools, like pitch correction, provide gentle guidance. Different genres keep lessons fun and stimulating. Structured exercises build consistent progress for both groups. Feedback is immediate and personalised. Practice routines ensure measurable improvement. Singing becomes both skill and joy.
