I enjoy giving lessons to all ages and ability levels, and creating personalized yoga programs based on my clients' needs. I enjoy incorporating different branches of yoga including hatha, vinyasa, and Iyengar. Breathing techniques, meditation, and relaxation are staples of my classes.
I have been practicing yoga and meditation for over 10 years, and teaching for almost 5. I have taught anywhere from 1 student, to 20 students at a time. I have taught children's classes, family classes, and adult classes, as well as given individual lessons. Students have told me that they have experience peace, relaxation, strengthening, and a sense of balance from my classes.
