About Patrick
I received an ATAR score of 93.00 (the equivalent of an OP4) and was in the top 7% of year 12 students in Queensland for 2020. During years 11 and 12, I received 4 academic awards and came second place in my cohort for the subjects of Study of Religion, Modern History and Legal Studies. During school, I was an academic and peer mentor for junior students and provided them with guidance in their approaches to study and growing up as a teenage boy. Most importantly, I have a strong experience in balancing academic success with other areas of life such as sport, music, ministry and social life. This I believe, is foundational in academic success as it provides a healthy balance between school and other important areas of growing up as a teenager.

I am a friendly and enthusiastic 17-year-old high school graduate who is geared towards students who need development in the English and Humanities based subject areas. My teaching methodology focuses on developing a student's ability to formulate ideas, fully understand the task at hand and maximise the number of possible marks. As I have recently completed the ATAR system in Queensland, I have an understanding and fresh experience with the new syllabus and how to perform the best.
