Learning a language is a personal experience and each student deserves their learning needs to be carefully critiqued and catered to. I am committed to helping you reach your language goals with a focus on effective communication and speaking with clarity. I have a diverse teaching background ranging from tutoring students in writing academically and helping to prepare professionals before giving in-house speeches and lectures to large audiences. Their language levels varied from recreational to advanced business professionals.
My academic background is in Geography and Drama. This gives me the flexibility to work with the theatrics of language and professionalism of the academic environment. Having studied drama helps me to share tools for building confidence in communication. Geography gave me the ability to meticulously examine subtle differences within the English language and create coherent arguments.
