About Tallulah
I am a Law student in Brighton looking to earn some extra spending money and help others learn the language that means so much to me! Although my highest qualification in Spanish is a B2 in the SIELE exams, I grew up in Spain from the age of 11 until I returned to the UK to attend university, so I'm not only fluent in Spanish but have a personal connection to Spanish culture. I have taught Spanish previously to A1-C1 students and loved being able to help others improve their proficiency in Spanish also help them build their self-confidence in using other languages regardless of their fluency level.

As I have taught students with a number of proficiency levels I have used many approaches to tutoring. Some students prefer to immerse themself in the language fully and so I converse only in Spanish and encourage them to respond in Spanish too, this is more suited to those with a basic understanding of the language. Others prefer to read Spanish books or watch Spanish programs together with my support and translation, others prefer to complete worksheets with my support to improve their vocabulary. These approaches are tailored to those who are not undertaking any other study of Spanish, however, I have also tutored those completing a GCSE in Spanish (in which I achieved a 9)
