About Chrissy
I'm a BWY trained yoga teacher. I'm trained to teach a staged approach to asana with variations suitable for all individuals. I'm trained in breathing practices, relaxation techniques, pranayama.
Outside of yoga teaching I'm a health researcher with a doctoral degree.

I teach functional, hatha style yoga that includes asana, breathing practices and relaxation. Private sessions will be personalised to meet your individual goals, whether this is to find calm, gain strength, balance, mobility, improve energy levels or any other goals you may have in mind.
Lessons from 45 minutes - 90 minutes.
In-person classes only in Penarth, Cardiff, Vale of Glamorgan
