I truly believe that nursing care starts with creating a confident and competent workforce. I pride myself on supporting staff through all experiences, good or bad and ensuring practice is evidence based and improved through learning opportunities. I enjoy all aspects of nursing care and use various teaching methods to support differences in learning styles.

I presently work in a national facing role with responsibility for writing and delivering all training in relation to Public Protection. I believe in supporting students to learn through reflective practice and supporting supervision. I have a wealth of knowledge in acute nursing, community care and child protection.
