As an SI leader, it was my job to help guide students to the right answer and even was an SI student myself! I find that being able to help a student to the answer rather than tell them straight up is much more rewarding to the student than they’d like to believe!

I am a recent graduate from CSUF, so I remember a fair amount of my STEM classes and have experience with leading group study sessions and worked as a supplemental instructions leader. As an SI leader, I prepped for review sessions and help create a comfortable environment with students so there should never be a reason for you to be scared to ask questions! Matter of fact, I can 100% sympathize with you guys and am not in any position to judge.
