About Emlyn
I've been a Hen party model & tutor now for 7 years & have done dozens of marathons in the past.
Currently balance calisthenics & 3 miles as fast as I can 5 days a week.
Interested in all kinds of movment, prever outside in the good weather, altho January enjoy the gym for afew months and if u prefer the gym thats fine as long as u have a guest pass for me :)

I eat 3 meals a day, simple real food, zero ultra processed nonsense

Anything with body weight aka calisthenics, running & nose breathing training I do... I'll teach you that anything anywhere can become your free gym through the knowledge of how you use your body.
I also teach insanely delicious nourishing vegan/veg or meat meals that'll fill you up, fuel you for the day, keep your mind alert and add muscle/lose weight

Perfect! Emlyn is an excellent and experienced trainer. I enjoyed working with him and appreciated his diverse approach to workouts and fitness. He introduced me to a variety of training styles and provided valuable guidance on nutritious meals to support my goals. His knowledge and encouragement made a real difference.
- Passionate and willingness to learn! Very easy to tutor as she enjoys all and any excersises in the gym which makes it easier, as less chance of running out of ideas.. and then theres endless diet choices to advice, was a great first experience ever tutoring fitness as I'v only tutor Piano here up to knowEmlyn's response :

Great, gave pointers on clean diet changes.
I have always had the desire to play the keyboard/piano and understanding musical notes. Emlyn taught me how to do both and I am grateful. Despite being a beginner, he gave me tips to grow. I would highly recommend him.
