About Natalia
Recently come back from training as a professional fighter in Thailand. Had 12 fights over the course of the last two years, winning all but one. I've been training in the sport for over five years and in July 2020 I became a Level 5 certified iMAES instructor.
I'm a Muay Khao, which means I enjoy training knees, elbows and clinch work. Muay Thai has given me so much self-confidence and really helped to mend my relationship with my body. I recommend it to anyone who wants to raise their general level of fitness or even just those who want to punch something after a tough day at work.

My coaching style is adapted according to the needs and goals of the student. Personally my beliefs align with that of a holistic coach, but for beginners I think a lot of guidance and structure is necessary. For the more experienced, we can take a more self-motivated/ personalised approach to training sessions.
We will do a combination of cardio, strength exercises and basic technique on the mitts. When the student becomes more advanced we will do sparring drills and clinch work.
