About Eleanor
Hello! I am a calm, friendly and progress-driven Mathematics and English tutor in the Cheshire/Manchester area. I am DBS (CRB) checked, with 7 years of teaching experience both in school and 1-to-1 (face to face and online). I hold a 1st Class Honours Degree, a PGCE, plus 4 A-Levels and 13 GCSEs (A* - B, including Maths and English). I specialise in fast-tracking children's progress in short spaces of time (For instance, I have had my students move up 3 GCSE grades over 10 months of lessons).
Levels taught: - Key Stage 3 Maths (age 11-14) - GCSE Maths (age 14-16) -GCSE English Literature

Past papers are used extensively to maximise the students experience and knowledge of exam style questions. Homework can be given provided the student and parent/guardian are happy with this.
