About Joseph
I have an MA in maths from Cambridge University. I have taught maths in schools and colleges for over 45 years and have been a head of department at two further education colleges and an international school. I was also a part-time tutor for the Open University for over 13 years.
I teach maths because I love my subject and am passionate about sharing my knowledge with others.

I coach pupils for Key Stage 3, GCSE and A level Maths and Further Maths. I also teach a personally designed bridging course that eases the transition from GCSE to A Level Maths.
I diagnose difficulties quickly and always tailor my lessons to individual needs.
I improve the confidence of pupils who are afraid of mathematics.
I believe that teaching and learning maths can be fun!
