About Ruth
"Drafting blueprints under the low amber glow of a desk lamp sparked my fascination with structure. I earned my Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Cambridge before dedicating 12 years to teaching architecture and physics. My classroom practice focuses on AutoCAD, rendering, and sustainable design alongside architectural drawing and model making.
I teach concept development, SketchUp, and building materials to help students navigate complex design challenges. You will find that my teaching style makes the early technical phases of your degree manageable and clear."

"Thinking about how to start a project, we usually look at the site first. I use my University of Cambridge training to explain structural logic within your design files.
