About Derry
Hi, I am someone who absolutely loves psychology and therefore, can make it easily fun and easy for you to understand! I have now had two years' experience of tutoring, where I have got students working at U grade to achieving A*s - it is all dependent on you and how much time you are willing to put in, it is never too late to start! I am a completely committed tutor, where I keep on top of you and always free to help outside of lesson time via messages or email. Overall, I am someone who is very bubbly and easily relatable, making the material easier to understand. Every week before having a lesson I will contact you and ask the key area that you would like to focus on then I will completely tailor that lesson especially focusing on those areas, I will teach it to you and test you on it. I would then set you work which I will mark in time for the next lesson, as well as give you feedback and go through everything you did not understand. (This is out of the lesson). If you are looking for me to be your regular tutor, I will then create a devised plan completely tailored to you where we can then make sure to go through everything before your exam. As well as setting exam papers every week, which I will mark and give back to you by the next lesson. Everyone is different and learns differently, so I work around you - in order to make sure that you get the best out of the hour.
