About Reuben
Hi! I’m Reuben, a Cambridge Theology student with a real passion for Religious Studies and Philosophy of Religion. I love the subject, especially the big debates around ethics, philosophy and religion.
I know how challenging RS essays and exam questions can feel, so I enjoy helping students break down difficult ideas and build confidence in their arguments. My goal is to make the subject feel interesting and manageable while helping students develop the skills needed to achieve top grades.

I am a Cambridge Theology student offering tutoring in GCSE and A Level Religious Studies. Having achieved an A* at A Level in Religious Studies, I understand exactly what examiners are looking for and how to structure high-scoring answers.
My lessons focus on building a clear understanding of key thinkers, religious traditions and philosophical arguments while also developing the essay-writing and evaluation skills needed to achieve top grades. I place particular emphasis on exam technique, helping students learn how to structure arguments, use scholars effectively and write confidently under timed conditions.
Lessons are typically one hour and are tailored to each student’s needs, whether that means strengthening core knowledge, preparing for exams or improving essay technique. I teach GCSE and A Level students and aim to make sessions engaging, supportive and focused on achieving real progress.
