About Youngjoo
Hi, I am Young
I'm a native Korean speaker currently based in the U.S., pursuing a graduate degree in Special Education. Alongside my studies, I've always loved sharing my language and culture with others — and now I'm turning that into something official: Korean lessons for beginners and intermediate learners.
Whether you're learning Korean for K-dramas, K-pop, travel, or just for fun, I want to make this feel less like a textbook and more like a conversation with a friend who happens to speak Korean.

️ 1:1 personalized lessons — tailored to your level and goals (beginner-friendly!)
️ Real conversation practice, not just grammar drills
️ Flexible scheduling — works around your time zone
️ Materials I create myself, mixing textbook basics with real-life Korean
I believe language learning should feel achievable and fun, not overwhelming. As someone who's also a student myself, I know how important it is to have lessons that fit into a busy schedule and actually stick.
