About Sara
You deserve a methodical guide who understands the physical demands of playing string instruments. I earned a Master of Music in Vocal Studies at Trinity Laban Conservatoire, which gives me a unique perspective on sound.
My 13 years of experience as a full time teacher inform how I handle posture and hold, left hand agility, and music theory. We will work on scales and arpeggios, spiccato and staccato bowing, shifting positions, vibrato, and rhythm and timing. I will ensure your technique remains solid as you reach your musical goals.

Tight muscles and rigid bowing often hinder your ability to play fluidly, and I struggle to watch students repeat these mistakes without support. I admit that mastering these mechanics takes patience and consistent, corrective feedback. Drawing on 13 years of performance experience, I help you refine your technique to sound your best. You receive free bowing and posture reference notes after each lesson to keep your practice on track.
