Yin is a long, slow release to unwind physical and psychological tensions, whilst vinyasa is a more dynamic style; both help to recondition the body-mind to recognise our habits. Whether we are working with postural habits (the way we physically hold ourselves) or thought patterns, which recur and limit us in a way no one else can see, my style of teaching appeals to the aid of both and much more.

Teaching yoga has been my passion for over three years now. Having studied over 600 hours worth of specialisms and qualifying in four teacher trainings since 2016 I am a knowledgeable and dedicated leader. My classes always take into account the individual needs of my students no matter the size of the group. Sharing the beauty of the teachings with balance between the physical success of the class and the unwinding that happens psychologically. Reversing unhelpful postural habits and increasing health and wellbeing through working with the breath and the connections between breath and the endocrine and limbic systems as well as slow and steady physical conditioning to rewire the habits of a lifetime and allow a deep sense of opening and space to be experienced. Yoga has helped me become stronger, it has given me the confidence to follow my own guidance and to live with less anxiety and more contentment.

Heidi is one of the best yoga instructors I have taken lessons from. She brings a wealth of knowledge into the classroom, not only of the physical aspects of yoga practice but also the spiritual and mental aspects. She tailors each class to the needs and abilities of the class that day, and I felt like I was in such safe hands! Her calming, assured presence is felt from the moment the class starts until long after you've packed up and gone home.
Heidi held yoga sessions for me at a big event I ran at the National Botanic Garden of Wales. She was great to work with and I had wonderful feedback from everyone who took a class. Can’t wait to have her back x
