About Heidi
600 hour+ qualified and insured Yoga teacher with meditation and dance background. Trained and teaching internationally since 2016, now settled back in Wales and looking for eager practitioners to guide and share the journey with. Yin is a long, slow release to unwind physical and psychological tensions, whilst vinyasa is a more dynamic style; both help to recondition the body-mind to recognise our habits. Whether we are working with postural habits (the way we physically hold ourselves) or thought patterns, which recur and limit us in a way no one else can see, my style of teaching appeals to the aid of both and much more.

Heidi is one of the best yoga instructors I have taken lessons from. She brings a wealth of knowledge into the classroom, not only of the physical aspects of yoga practice but also the spiritual and mental aspects. She tailors each class to the needs and abilities of the class that day, and I felt like I was in such safe hands! Her calming, assured presence is felt from the moment the class starts until long after you've packed up and gone home.

This price reflects the benefits that one-to-one tutoring can offer: Physical techniques which release of residual tension that may currently be leading to an experience pain and injury in your body. I am available to travel to students up to 1 hour from Cardiff, if travel is necessary more than 20 minutes will be charged at £15 on top of class charge.
