About Mia
I have recently graduated university and I am currently working in hospitality - not my passion but I do love people and food! In my free time, I love to play all sorts of sports on land or water but I especially love hockey; also love to travel, write, and say hello to as many dogs as possible on a daily basis.
I would love to teach just as I love English mainly! I miss reading and learning about a range of texts, sharing and listening to others' thoughts, and just generally geeking out a bit. This is something I would love to share with other people.

I have been learning English to a high standard over 7 years now, although it did not come naturally to me. I understand that English may not be everyone's cup of tea but I am determined to share my developed passion for the subject.
I have ample experience in sports coaching and I love to apply the same inclusive, energetic, and fun approach to academics. I will tailor the session to how you see best and push you to go the extra mile too!
