About Raluca
I am a caring, enthusiastic and creative teacher.
I have taught Nursery and Reception for more than 10 years with a vast amount of experience in helping children to read, write and supporting development of mathematical skills. In the last few years I am working as a Special Needs teacher (speech and language difficulties, learning difficulties such as dyslexia, conditions such as autism, social, emotional and mental health needs, or have a combination of these difficulties) and I love seeing them developing every day.

My aim is to make learning fun for children by hands-on resources and games. I want all my pupils to reach their full potential, develop a love of learning, increase their knowledge and skills and also their self-esteem. Every lesson is planned around the needs of the child whether they are a high achiever or in need of additional support.

Raluca is very enthusiastic about the teaching. She had great patience with my both kids and her contribution made them secure in their dream schools. She encouraged them to read and explore mathematics skills and concepts in great details. Both my kids were looking forward to the tuition sessions each week. They considered her great fun to work with but also demanding progress in a good way. I would definitely recommend her as a great tutor.
